Construction of new bowling alley, restaurant and children’s play area. This project was carried out for Movie House Cinemas.
A 14 week programme was the maximum period allowed as this was what was factored into the Client’s business case in order to make the project feasible. An accelerated programme was prepared by our Contract Manager based on double shifts and working weekends. Subsequent to this and through the efforts of all, the project was completed on time.
This project for Movie House Cinemas also involved 6 new cinema screens and associated facilities at the Jet Centre Complex in Coleraine.
The work also included the creation of an entrance foyer and concession areas.
We successfully installed the necessary sound equipment within the timescales set aside in our overall programme.
